The Canal Board have adopted resolutions charging Oran N. Reynolds, late Superintendent of the Genesee Valley Canal, and also his predecessor in Office, Sanford A. Hooper, with transactions by which the State had been defrauded. They have further resolved that the Attorney General ought to prosecute Hooper and his sureties, in order to recover back the money.
